This is a related keyword that appear in a site’s title or description. You don’t need to go discontinue with frequency, however, if you repeat a keyword or word too many times, you’ll be punished for  keyword stuffing or “spamming”.
If you want to repeat your keyword , try to repeat those keywords in the document as more times as you can get away with  and up to 4-7 times in META tags on your site.
